As a Patient Navigator at Spring Fertility, you will assist patients in their journey to build families by working closely with the nursing team to provide essential information and support throughout their treatment cycles. Your daily tasks will include generating treatment journey maps, facilitating and documenting necessary tests, building rapport with patients, explaining medical processes, monitoring patient readiness, and scheduling appointments.
