As the 11th Grade Program Manager at SEO Scholars, you will oversee a cohort of approximately 80 high school juniors, guiding their academic and socio-emotional development. Your role involves leading workshops, providing individual advising, and managing programming during the school year and summer. Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks, track student progress, and foster relationships with students, families, and community partners to ensure a supportive learning environment.
