What they actually want (must-haves)
  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or cleanroom environment
  • Relevant Technical Education / Training in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • SVQ Level 3 in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Fluent/business-level English is required

  • IPC or J-standard qualified for surface mount component placement and rework skills
  • Experience working in a fast paced high tech environment
  • Ability to work independently, yet in a collaborative environment

  • Understanding of technical drawings; PCB layout, PCB Schematics, mechanical drawings
What the job really is

As a Satellite AIT Technician at Spire Global in Munich, you will be involved in the assembly, integration, and testing of nano-satellites. Your day-to-day tasks will include inspecting PCBA and mechanical parts, performing soldering tasks, executing environmental tests, and ensuring quality documentation is completed accurately. You will also provide design feedback and contribute to production improvements while maintaining a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
