What the job really is

The Coordinator of Food & Beverage Operations is responsible for supporting the financial and administrative functions of the Food & Beverage department. Daily tasks include managing tip and gratuity administration, handling credit card disputes, conducting financial reconciliation and reporting, and coordinating necessary paperwork and supplies for the department. The role requires collaboration with various internal partners to ensure accurate financial processing and compliance with health and liquor licensing requirements.
