What the job really is

The Senior Operations Research Analyst will support NATO's Allied Command Transformation by conducting operational analysis to inform capability development decisions. This role involves engaging with stakeholders, performing cost-effectiveness studies, and producing analytical reports to guide military strategy and policy. The analyst will apply various operations research methods and may travel for meetings and workshops as needed.
