What the job really is

The Military Exercise Planning & Coordination Analyst will support NATO's Allied Command Transformation by integrating warfare development priorities into NATO's exercise enterprise. The role involves planning and coordinating military exercises, assessing outcomes, and providing actionable recommendations based on after-action reviews. The analyst will also engage with various NATO entities and maintain documentation and schedules related to exercise planning and execution.
