Internal Communications Manager

The Internal Communications Manager at SpaceX will advise senior executives on communication strategies, lead change communications, and develop internal leadership speaking programs. This role involves managing the company's intranet, ensuring consistent messaging, and utilizing AI to enhance communication efforts. The position requires a focus on building a unified culture and measuring the effectiveness of communication initiatives.

• Pay Range: Level 4: $165,000.00 - $240,000.00
• Eligibility for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock or long-term cash awards
• Potential discretionary bonuses
