Intern, Legal (2L) (Summer 2027)

The Southern Poverty Law Center is offering a summer internship for second-year law students focused on civil rights and social justice. Interns will work on various legal issues within Advocacy and Litigation Impact Teams, assisting attorneys with litigation and community-focused strategies to promote positive change. • Compensation of $18.40 per hour
• Interns expected to work 40 hours a week with potential for supervisor-approved overtime
• Local Remote or Telework options available

• Internship duration is fixed from June 7, 2027, to August 12, 2027, with a minimum commitment of ten consecutive weeks
