What the job really is

The OTC Digital Sr Analyst will support the Revenue Order to Cash Associate Director in the Sales Reporting department at Sony Music Entertainment. Daily responsibilities include supervising BPO agents, processing digital sales files, ensuring compliance with deal terms, managing relationships with digital service providers, and coordinating with various teams on sales reporting issues. The role requires strong analytical skills and effective communication to address challenges and improve business processes.
