Clinical Therapy Supervisor

As a Clinical Therapy Supervisor at SOL Mental Health, you will lead a team of therapists, ensuring effective communication and collaboration while maintaining a reduced caseload for direct patient care. Your responsibilities include implementing clinical policies, addressing operational challenges, providing coaching, and participating in the hiring process. You will also facilitate case consultations and identify training needs for the clinical team.

• $100,000 - $105,000 (base + bonus)
