Therapy Supervisor

As a Therapy Supervisor at SOL Mental Health, you will lead a team of clinicians while maintaining a reduced caseload to provide direct patient care. Your responsibilities include implementing clinical policies, facilitating communication between staff, coordinating care transitions, and providing coaching and supervision to both associate and licensed therapists. You will also participate in the hiring process and identify training needs for your team.

• $100,000 - $105,000 (base + bonus)
