What the job really is

The Senior Operational Risk Manager at Solaris will provide expert guidance on operational risk matters, drive initiatives in cooperation with various areas, and support the development of staff in Operational Risk Management (ORM). Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, managing corporate insurances, preparing risk reports, and ensuring compliance with ORM processes while enhancing the ORM framework.
