What the job really is

As a Senior People Partner at Solaris, you will manage the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with German labor standards and driving operational excellence in HR processes. You will also serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, focusing on talent development and performance management while leveraging AI tools to optimize HR workflows. Your role will involve both hands-on operational tasks and strategic consulting to enhance the People organization.
