What the job really is

In this role, you will design and build AI-driven solutions, specifically LLM-powered agents and workflows, within Smartsheet. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical AI solutions, mentor other engineers, and establish best practices for AI development. Additionally, you will manage end-to-end AI systems on cloud infrastructure and stay updated on the evolving AI landscape.
