What the job really is

As a Solutions Architect at Smartsheet, you will lead customer engagements to develop, build, test, and deploy custom software solutions using Smartsheet and its API. Your role involves designing AI-powered workflows, managing technical projects, and serving as a subject matter expert on Smartsheet functionalities. You will work closely with customers to translate their business requirements into effective solutions, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction throughout the process.
