What the job really is

The Senior Manager - FP&A at Skillz will oversee retention economics and LiveOps incentive efficacy for the India platform business. This role involves managing a $40M incentive pool, developing retention plans, and collaborating with product teams to influence the product roadmap. Additionally, the manager will lead an FP&A Analyst, setting KPIs and ensuring effective scaling of incentive-efficacy work across titles.
