What the job really is

The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the entire operational flow from intake to shipping in a specialty distribution business. This includes managing inventory, implementing standard operating procedures, and leading a warehouse team as the company shifts from truckload sales to e-commerce fulfillment. The role requires hands-on involvement and the ability to build and develop processes and a team from the ground up.
