What they actually want (must-haves)
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in both manual and automated QA roles.

  • Experience in performance testing and performance analysis of software applications.
  • Familiarity with Capybara, Watir, HTTParty, Faraday, REST Client for API testing, and Appium for mobile testing.
  • Experience using Linear Tracker.
What the job really is

As a QA Engineer at SimplePractice, you will collaborate with international teams to automate and maintain end-to-end functional test suites, while also performing manual and exploratory testing for new features. Your responsibilities will include enhancing test coverage, developing new test suites using Ruby, and participating in all QA-related activities within a Scrum team, ensuring high quality standards are met throughout the software development lifecycle.
