What the job really is

As a Principal Customer Success Manager at Signifyd, you will oversee the success of complex and strategic accounts, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and optimal performance on the Signifyd platform. Your role involves building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders, developing long-term growth plans, and collaborating with various internal teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction. You will also engage in strategic alignment sessions and help identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
