Carrier Submissions Coordinator (Employee Health Insurance)

As a Carrier Submissions Coordinator at SimplyInsured, you will support the Client Onboarding team by ensuring customers are properly submitted and enrolled with their chosen insurance carriers. Your daily tasks will include resolving eligibility concerns, managing documentation, and communicating proactively with carriers through various channels. You'll also collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience during the onboarding process.
