What the job really is

As a Senior Manager of People Operations at ShopMy, you will be responsible for building and managing the systems and processes that support the People function as the company scales. This includes overseeing HR data integrity, developing analytics reporting, designing service delivery models, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. You will work closely with the VP of People Experience & Operations and other departments to enhance operational efficiency and support the overall business strategy.
