As an Associate Payments Adoption Manager, you will work with customers to enhance their use of Shopmonkey Payments, focusing on identifying underutilized features and providing tailored solutions. Your role includes prospecting customers, conducting rate analyses, and ensuring customer success with payment solutions. You will collaborate with leadership to develop growth plans and maintain expert knowledge of the product and industry trends.
