Pharmacy Technician Refill Calls

As a Pharmacy Refill Technician at Shields Health Solutions, you will support the pharmacy team by managing the refill process for specialty medications. Your day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound refill calls, answering incoming pharmacy inquiries, coordinating medication refills, and ensuring accurate data entry. You will also assist with claim adjudication and work closely with pharmacists and clinicians to clarify prescription orders.
