What the job really is

As a Pharmacy Liaison at Shields, you will be the primary contact for specialty pharmacy patients, providing support with refills, coordinating drug deliveries, and addressing insurance or copay issues. You will collaborate with clinical and pharmacy teams to resolve patient concerns and ensure adherence to treatment plans, all while working in an outpatient clinic setting.
