What the job really is

As a Pharmacy Liaison at Shields, you will be the primary contact for specialty pharmacy patients, assisting with refill needs, coordinating drug delivery, and addressing insurance or copay issues. You will collaborate with clinical and pharmacy teams to resolve any concerns and ensure patient adherence to their medication regimens. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage sensitive patient information effectively.
