What the job really is

The Database Engineer at SHEIN will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing production database environments, ensuring high availability and performance. Daily tasks include diagnosing issues, performance tuning, and collaborating with development teams on database design. The role also involves capacity planning, handling upgrades, and providing 24x7 on-call support.
