What the job really is

The Assistant-In-Training for Golf Course Maintenance will work closely with the management team to develop skills in turf management. Daily tasks include irrigation management, pesticide and fertilizer application, equipment operation, and maintaining safety standards. The role also involves training staff, organizing maintenance records, and promoting teamwork and customer service.
