Chief of Staff

The Chief of Staff at Seen Health will partner with the executive team to enhance organizational efficiency as the company scales. This role involves mapping processes, designing operating systems, and ensuring effective communication across functions. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for maintaining a live areas-of-responsibility map and standardizing the company's operational cadence to support growth.

• Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year, depending on experience
