What the job really is

The Technical Architect at SeatGeek is responsible for supporting internal teams and external partners in integrating with the SeatGeek platform. This role involves technical discovery for new integrations, managing API requirements, and providing guidance on technical processes. The architect will also create and maintain documentation, support onboarding, and ensure that integration solutions are effectively implemented and documented.
