What the job really is

The Director of Engineering at SeatGeek will lead the engineering organization responsible for the core systems that manage ticketing for major live events. This role involves setting technical direction, evolving a mature platform, and pioneering AI-native engineering practices while collaborating closely with Product and Design leadership. The director will also focus on developing engineering talent and creating a strong engineering culture.
