What the job really is

As a Senior Software Engineer on SeatGeek's Platform team, you will enhance the systems that support the company's technology ecosystem, focusing on infrastructure and workflow automation. Your responsibilities will include building tools for application observability, engineering resilient networking infrastructure, and collaborating with other teams on production systems. You will also mentor team members and participate in an on-call schedule to ensure customer satisfaction during live events.
