What the job really is

As an F&B Server at Indigo Grand Cayman, you will provide exceptional customer service by serving food and beverages, managing guest orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Your role involves maintaining product knowledge, handling complaints, and collaborating with team members to create personalized guest experiences. You will also perform various tasks such as setting tables, assisting with to-go orders, and managing payments accurately.
