Senior Staff / Staff Software Engineer

The Senior / Staff Software Engineer will focus on building and evolving the data and application systems that support Scowtt's Marketing AI and AI Sales Agents. This hands-on role involves managing backend systems, data pipelines, and integrations, while also occasionally contributing to frontend development. The engineer will be responsible for ensuring data quality and operational efficiency, mentoring other engineers, and defining architecture standards as the platform scales.

• Base salary range of $180,000 - $260,000 based on level and location
