Director of Engineering – User Experience

As the Director of Engineering – User Experience at Scout Motors, you will lead engineering teams focused on customer-facing digital products for web and mobile. Your role involves directing the engineering strategy, overseeing the development of the mobile application and web experiences, and collaborating with various departments to enhance customer engagement and drive business outcomes. You will also be responsible for building engineering leaders and fostering a strong engineering culture within the organization.
