What the job really is

As an Assembly Technician at Scout Motors, you will support the Technical Center Workshop by focusing on vehicle build, rework, and validation related to energy systems. Your day-to-day tasks will include hands-on installation and inspection of high-voltage battery systems, electric motors, and related components, as well as diagnosing and repairing electrical issues. You will collaborate with engineering and validation teams, maintain safety procedures, and document your work accurately.
