The Principal Software Engineer will be a hands-on C++ engineer focused on designing, developing, and delivering components for the Stat-Arb, Low-Latency, and High-Touch platforms within the Global Trading and Execution technology group. The role involves significant coding (80% hands-on) and mentoring (20%), collaborating closely with business analysts and providing technical leadership and support across global operations.
