What the job really is

The Benefits and Compensation Analyst will play a key role in enhancing the employee experience by managing and analyzing benefits and compensation programs. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external vendors, to ensure accurate and compliant benefits offerings. The Analyst will also conduct compensation research, support annual open enrollment, and maintain employee records while contributing to HR projects and initiatives.
