What the job really is

As a Safety Monitor or Sitter, you will provide continuous observation and emotional support to residents in a senior living facility, ensuring their safety and well-being. Your responsibilities include monitoring resident behavior, providing companionship, assisting with meal setup, and maintaining a calming environment. You will work closely with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to communicate any concerns and support residents exhibiting challenging behaviors.
