Primary Therapist (Resident in Counseling/Resident in Marriage and Family Therapy/ Supervisee in Social Work)

As a Primary Therapist at Sandstone Care, you will lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions for teens and young adults facing mental health and dual-diagnosis challenges. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, ensure compliance with documentation standards, and actively contribute to program development and performance improvement initiatives.
