Primary Therapist (LPC / LCSW / LMFT)

As a Primary Therapist at Sandstone Care, you will lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions for teens and young adults facing mental health and dual-diagnosis challenges. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement evidence-based treatment plans, ensuring accurate clinical documentation and coordination with families. The role also involves contributing to program development and mentoring clinical staff while maintaining a supportive care environment.
