What the job really is

As an Onsite IT Specialist at Samsara, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technology issues and assisting users in the Mexico City office. Your role involves managing a ticket queue, onboarding new hires, supporting hardware recovery, and ensuring employee access to cloud infrastructure. You'll also collaborate on infrastructure projects and document IT policies, all while contributing to a supportive team culture.
