Dock Sortation Lead

The Dock Sortation Lead at Saltbox is responsible for managing the daily sortation operations at the Alexandria location, ensuring that packages are sorted and dispatched on time. This hands-on role involves leading a team, coaching them on throughput and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), and handling reporting and exception management. The position requires early morning shifts and emphasizes high standards and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
