Warehouse Lead

As a Warehouse Lead at Saltbox, you will oversee daily operations at a location, ensuring that standards are met while leading a team. Your role involves both hands-on work and leadership, directing team activities, engaging with members, and maintaining operational readiness. You will also be responsible for coaching team members, conducting audits, and using operational tools to track performance.
