What the job really is

The Talent Acquisition Specialist EMEA at RTB House will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment in the EMEA region, managing the candidate experience and ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, meeting recruitment goals, and developing recruitment strategies while collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team and other departments.
