What they actually want (must-haves)
  • 3 - 7 years of experience in employment legal practice, preferably in more than one legal jurisdiction
  • Qualification as a Polish attorney-at-law (Radca Prawny)
  • Deep knowledge of employment/HR law, including regulatory compliance, remuneration structures, commission frameworks, and internal investigations
  • Excellent knowledge of English in speaking and writing, including Legal English (min. C1)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail, paired with a proactive, adaptable mindset

  • Proven ability to independently lead and deliver complex legal projects

What the job really is

The In-house Legal Counsel will focus on HR and labor law, ensuring legal compliance in all HR documentation and processes. This role involves drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on employment legislation, and collaborating with HR and Finance teams to implement policies. The candidate will also represent the company in labor negotiations and support investigations into workplace complaints.
