What the job really is

As a Hospitality Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring short-term rental homes are functional, clean, and stocked for guests. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting inspections, restocking supplies, performing light maintenance, and addressing guest issues. You will work in the field, covering a designated area and reporting to the Team Lead, Hospitality Ops, with a focus on enhancing guest satisfaction and property care.
