What the job really is

The Staff UX/UI Designer will define design strategy and lead quality across major client engagements, focusing on complex, multi-platform products. This role involves owning design system architecture, driving UX research strategy, mentoring designers, and collaborating with leadership and clients to shape product direction. The designer will also champion AI-powered design workflows and contribute to design operations within the Experience team.
