Crypto Risk Lead

As the Crypto Risk Lead at Robinhood, you will be responsible for establishing and managing an independent risk management program for the Canadian crypto business. This includes adapting global risk frameworks to comply with Canadian regulations, leading risk assessments, evaluating new products for risk impact, and preparing risk reports for senior management. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure a consistent view of risk across the organization while supporting regulatory audits and assessments.

• In-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week
• Base pay range is $98,000 — $115,000 CAD, but actual pay may vary based on various factors
