What the job really is

The Strategy and Analytics Analyst will work within Roark's Data and Analytics team, focusing on leveraging advanced analytics and AI to support investment decisions and drive growth for portfolio companies. The role involves hands-on analytical work, including data sourcing, analysis, and communication of findings to stakeholders. The analyst will tackle complex business questions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and continuously improve workflows using AI tools.
