In this role, you will lead the transition of Ridgeline's international employment strategy, moving from EOR-supported employment to direct employment in Ireland and Canada. You will design and implement HR operations, support local managers and employees, and shape the office culture while collaborating with Legal and Finance. Your success will be measured by the clarity and effectiveness of the transition process for international employees.
